Water Pollution Wiki Water pollution can have significant impacts on many aspects of our lives. Possible ramifications range from the reduction in recreational potential to the more dramatic possibilities of toxic effects on humans. The purpose of this activity is to contribute to a Wiki document of major sources of water pollution and their impacts on water usage. Directions: You and your partner will pick one of the potential pollution sources and find the following information;
A definition/description of the source (one –two sentences)
The actual pollutants associated with the source (list)
Potential impacts/dangers of the pollutants (list)
Once you have the information you will then post the information of the wiki space provided by your teacher. Also, you will present your information orally to your classmates in a very brief one-two minute presentation.
